  • Oakwood Partners will contact interested renters to notify about scheduling showings of available properties. Additionally, Oakwood Partners will notify interested renters regarding updates of application status and approvals.

  • Oakwood Partners will contact current renters to notify of upcoming and late rental payments, maintenance requests, and scheduling inspections of their home or apartment.

  • Oakwood Partners will contact service contractors to send and receive invoices, estimates, and additional billing items. Oakwood Partners will utilize SMS messaging to arrange for contractor meetings, estimates, and property specific information.
